Returns Eligibility:

  1. Items may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
  2. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  3. All original parts, accessories, and inserts must be included with the return.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@sheshieldsafe.com within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Please Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Items returned that do not meet the above criteria may not be eligible for a full refund.
